HEATING

On our site we offer heating services for tank containers by means of steam, water or electrical heating.

We provide 24-hour monitoring and, if required, reporting of achieved or maintained temperature. We have computer controlled heating installations. The temperature is continuously logged and monitored in our registration system. Your product is therefore heated in a controlled manner. The heating installation stops automatically when the desired temperature is reached and that temperature is then maintained until transport. The product can be heated continuously (24 hours/7 days) if desired. All the steams points are equipped by steam pressure regolation.

REPAIR

Our workshop services include general overhauling and modification of tank containers. A part of the day-to-day business includes the replacement of gaskets, labels, instrument replacement and their refurbishment. Our team is qualified in repairs in cases of corrosion included pickling, passivation as well as work on insulation, frame and coatings. A revolving frame is available on site.

DEPOT

Our container depot provide space before and after services take place. Pre- and postoperational to cleaning, repair and/or maintenance. A daily report for moves and depot, including status of the tank, is available for our customer

• Rental of technical equipment (handrail, connection, etc)
• The storage capacity of the depot covers an area of 20.000 m2.
• On the container depot we have a container cleaning area of 1.200 m2, heating area of 500 m2 test facilities and a container repair area of 1.500 m2. This combination of facilities and the size of the container depot allow us to offer you a complete package of services.

EXTRA SERVICE

Lavaggio Certosa Srl has a customs entreport available where your tank can be stored at foreign status into custom depot. We organize import/export formalities by an external party (www.logisticamilanese.com).

The Lavaggio Certosa buildings where we are housed offers meeting rooms and facilities on site, as well offers office for rental for your Company..
